What do you think of Zometa infusions every month for bone Cancer treatment? - bone cancer in toddler
I have bone cancer and am currently with Zometa infusions every month for treatment. Some say that Zometa accumulates in the bone and there is no need to every month. This treatment was approximately one (1) year.

The FDA and drug manufacturers recommend that treatment once every 3-4 weeks for bone cancer, it seems that you have received the recommended dosage.
Patients were followed for several consecutive treatments were increasd plasma concentrations seem to plateau at about 15% did not accumulate higher than the plasma concentration of drugs, though. Increasing concentrations of this magnitude will be small.
I'm not sure, but you will probably be good answers here. What does your oncologist say?
