I am interested to know whether it would be possible to access live streaming online Police Scanner feeds using a mobile phone? Often these foods are used. Pls file types with Real Player and / or iTunes, that is on the computer. I wonder if it possible with mobile phones enabled with one of these players.
If not, there is another way to "tune" the police radio is run by a mobile phone?

The problem here is that you compare apples to oranges and wait to see what you want easy and widespread as it seems that we have seen.
There is nothing comparable between a police scanner and an overview of RealPlayer.
First, a police scanner turned on multi-channel playback, pause on each channel that is active. A source of RealPlayer to play a single channel, like a radio station.
Second, collect, a police scanner radio to the local police .. local sense of what to scan the antenna and real crystals used to collect the signal. You can add music to which they feed on RealPlayer from anywhere in the world.
So you are somewhat to very specific components that are in a police scanner to make, and turn them into the software, and add it to your mobile phone?
Or simply do not have the slightest idea of how a police scanner?

You can (theoretically) for the use of a scanner arrested at an airport to hear the pilot and control tower conversations - but that is rare.
